Our History
Priory Gas Heating was started by the currency director, Richard Beazley 2005 installing domestic and commercial heating systems throughout London.
Prior to starting Priory Gas Heating, Richard had spent 14 years working for British Gas. Richard started his 4 year heating engineer apprenticeship on his 16th birthday and over the years he worked for British gas, he went on to become a technical engineer installing domestic boilers and light commercial heating systems throughout London.
Richard felt he had gone as far as he could with British Gas as his ambition, work ethic and experience would be suited to starting his own heating company.
Richard quickly built a strong client base including working closely with Enfield and Islington council to install heating systems into social and private houses.
Soon Richard was responsible for the annual maintenance and servicing of the heating systems of over 1700 properties and managed a team of several gas heating and electrical engineers.
As the business grew, Priory Gas Heating focussed more on the commercial heating market and grew a portfolio of clients from private schools, embassies, office blocks, stately homes, churches and large private residences.
What We Do
Priory Gas Heating design, service, install and maintain large commercial heating systems for a range of buildings including office blocks, churches, large private residences, embassies, schools, universities, hospitals & museums.
They install commercial heating systems from 24kW up to 12000kW which are large enough to heat an airport terminal.
Priory continues to grow while offering a personalised service to their clients and with in-house consultants and heating engineers backed up with indemnity plant room refurbishment projects.
Areas We Serve
Priory Gas Heating serve clients in London to the M25 and beyond including the surrounding counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.
Accreditations
Priory Gas Heating as Gas safe registered heating engineers, NICEIC electrical engineers and accredited installers for Hamworthy & Vaillant.
Green Credentials
Priory Gas Heating use hybrid electric vehicles and we will be replacing the whole fleet in the near future for fully or hybrid electric vehicles. These vehicles meet the Ultra Low Emission Zone requirements in London allowing their vehicles to travel into central London without additional charge whilst emitting significantly lower emission.
